Interact RV and NTP-Stag partnered to expand retailers’ product inventory online.
Interact RV is an RV dealership website service and digital marketing company. The companies’ TurnKey eShop will launch at NTP-Stag’s 2024 Expo, which begins Jan. 15.
The collaboration will combine Interact RV website platforms with NTP-Stag’s distribution infrastructure to create web pages within a retailer’s website from which consumers can buy parts and accessories.
The TurnKey eShop will be available to NTP-Stag retail partners. Consumers will navigate a retailer’s website to access the eShop. On the eShop web page, consumers will be able to browse and purchase from the NTP-Stage product and accessory catalog, the same catalog retailers purchase products through.
The experience is completed while staying on the retailer’s website. Inside the retail store, employees can use the eShop as a tool to increase part and accessory sales.
Interact RV Director of Sales Aubrey Amborn said, “The goal is to give customers the ability to see everything the dealer has access to without forcing the dealer to have it in stock at the store.”
After consumers make a purchase, they will have the option to ship the parts/accessories to their home or the dealership. Amborn said the practice encourages online sales and retail foot traffic.
“The win for the dealership is that NTP-Stag is handling all the fulfillment,” Amborn said. “NTP-Stag will be managing inventory availability, credit-card processing and shipping, all on behalf of the dealer.”
Nick Geiger, NTP-Stag’s program director of Keystone Automotive Operations’ Click to Mortar Division, said most orders will have next-day deliveries.
When the product arrives at the retailer, consumers can pick up the order or have the service staff install the product.
Geiger said in addition to offering on-site pickup, retailers have the ability to manage the installation, services and products. Geiger said the interaction provides an opportunity to sell add-on services.
Interact RV and NTP-Stag’s systems support the sales transactions in one place. According to Amborn, the name “TurnKey” symbolizes retailers “turning the key” and using the eShop once they have signed up.
Amborn said the system has various retailer benefits. Amborn said the tool will cultivate loyalty by providing consumers with an easy way to access their needs through the retailer.
