InterMotive Vehicle Controls appointed Carl Wacker to senior vice president, a new company position.
Wacker will be responsible for all operations of both InterMotive and LGS Group InterMotive’s master distributor.
InterMotive President Greg Shafer said, “Given Carl’s impressive track record for growing revenue, product lines and market share for automotive companies in the electronics and power management spaces, we are ecstatic to have him join our team.”
Wacker joined InterMotive after more than eight years as a senior director with Sensata Technologies, a global supplier based in Massachusetts.
Prior to that, Wacker managed operations for manufacturing companies in Europe, Asia and India during a 26-year career with Schrader Electronics.
InterMotive recently expanded its footprint into the Indian automotive market. Wacker will support company plans to broaden its reach.
