Tracy Weatherfield has retired after three years as InterMotive’s vice president of operations.
Weatherfield transformed InterMotive’s manufacturing infrastructure. Weatherfield helped streamline the company’s manufacturing process by introducing new technologies and reorganizing the department.
James Paniagua was appointed as InterMotive’s director of operations. He has spent 15 years with InterMotive, most recently as program manager. Paniagua’s new role includes directing all manufacturing operations.
Kara Johnson has been promoted to director of admin and facilities. Johnson, who has spent 11 years in InterMotive’s human resources and finance departments, will incorporates day-to-day facility operation responsibilities.
“Tracy played a pivotal role in advancing InterMotive’s infrastructure,” company President Greg Schafer said. “We are grateful for his hard work and wish him a long and happy retirement. James and Kara both bring solid practical experience to their new positions, and we look forward to their contributions in meeting our strategic goals.”
InterMotive Vehicle Controls provides commercial safety and performance optimization products for RV and other markets.
