A Minnesota inventor and former industry employee built a device to illuminate an RV’s clearance lights when the vehicle is detached from the tow vehicle.
“I worked for an RV dealership for over eight years,” the Kerrick, Minnesota-based inventor said, “and thought there should be a way to illuminate the existing clearance lights on a camper when detached from the tow vehicle. So, I invented the J Light. My design would make the camper appear occupied while away, thereby enhancing security.”
The invention is patent-granted.
By illuminating the clearance lights, J Light eliminates the need to leave the RV dark while unattended. As a result, the lights increase security, visibility and convenience, InventHelp said.
The original design was submitted to the national sales office of InventHelp. It is available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
