A New Mexico-based inventor created a device to provide rooftop coverage and protection against intense sunlight for a parked RV.
The patent-pending invention is called RV Shade. The invention features push-button operation and a weatherproof design.
“I wanted to create a simple way to apply an effective sunshade over a parked RV,” the inventor said. “My design would protect and preserve the rooftop, and it could increase cooling comfort for the occupants of the motorhome.”
RV Shade is available for licensing or aftermarket sale.
The inventor said a prototype model and technical drawings are available upon request.
