SuperSprings International (SSI) has received ISO 9001 certification, validating the quality standards the company has upheld for 25 years, SSI CEO Gerry Lamberti said.
According to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the certification establishes a company’s commitment to quality based on several management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
“ISO standards for our business has been on our radar for quite some time and this qualification is part of our strategy for continued growth and presence internationally,” Lamberti said. “I am thrilled that it has finally come to fruition.”
In September, Tiffin selected SuperSprings International (SSI) to be the official suspension provider for its Type B+ motorhomes.
SSI said while growing their brand in recent years, the company has experienced various leadership and structural changes, set new sales records and secured almost a dozen OEM partnerships.
Achieving ISO 9001 certification is another step forward, SSI President Adam Weisner said.
“At SSI, we are committed to making the journey better in every aspect of our business. Through this certification, we show a commitment to provide products and services that meet international requirements and demonstrate efforts toward continuous improvement,” Weisner said. “Thank you and congratulations to Harlene Jason … as well as the entire SSI team on this wonderful achievement.”
