Jayco brands received RVDA’s 2023 Quality Circle Awards on Nov. 7 at the RV Dealers Convention/ Expo at the Paris Las Vegas.
Jayco Towables, Jayco Motorized, Highland Ridge RV, Open Range RV, Mesa Ridge RV and Starcraft RV were award recipients.
The awards honor manufacturers who receive high ratings on the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Survey. The survey analyzes dealers’ satisfaction with manufacturers’ reliability/ quality, sales, warranty and parts. Jayco brands were recognized for receiving a 4.25 or higher score out of a 5-point scale on the survey.
Jayco President and CEO Ken Walters said, “Winning the DSI awards is truly a team effort and I am proud of all of our departments that have been part of it.”
Jayco credited the awards to the company’s efforts toward improving repair event cycle time (RECT) and 100% pre-delivery inspections.
“We know the critical significance of optimizing quality and reducing RECT,” Walters said. “By listening to our dealers and owners we have been able to implement processes directly focused on improving the overall RVing experience.”
