Jayco’s models of Entegra Coach, Jayco Towables and Jayco Motorized won the 2024 Quality Circle Award on Tuesday at the RVDA Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.
RVDA presents the prize to manufacturers that accomplish the top rating in the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey, which gauges RV dealers’ satisfaction with manufacturers based on parts, reliability/quality, warranty and sales.
Jayco CEO and President Ken Walters said earning the award was among the company’s annual goals.
“Our ongoing commitment to quality, dealer relations and our people leads us to continuous improvement in all areas of our business,” Walters said. “We are thankful to our dealer partners for the confidence they have placed in us and for once again honoring us as part of the Quality Circle Awards.”
The company said Jayco has committed copious monetary and physical resources for many years to achieve dedicated, 100% pre delivery inspection for its brands, along with the continued improvement measures in all areas of Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT)
For the evaluation, RVDA received DSI responses from 585 dealership locations throughout North America. Selected dealers had to receive a 4.5 rating on a 5-point scale. The survey was conducted from June through September.
