Kampgrounds of America (KOA)’s business architect and analyst Breanne Casteel, achieved the Certified Business Architect (CBA) accreditation.
The Business Architecture Guild presents the CBA accreditation.
The certification is based on the guild’s defined framework and practices.
KOA President and CEO Toby O’Rourke said the business architecture focus surfaced when KOA examined business operations after a growth period.
She said business architecture has been fundamental to KOA’s process improvement, enhancing collaboration among teams and crafting a shared vision.
Casteel said she is focused on being a “catalyst for change enablement through collaboration and connections to drive empathetic business solutions.”
