Successful businesses often benefit from dedicated and driven employees. Keller Marine & RV’s Melissa Bilger and Tom Bickhart are two employees whose dedication recently passed a milestone.
Bilger and Bickhart have worked for Keller Marine & RV for over 40 years. The cousins began working at the distributor in October 1983.
Keller Marine & RV Director of Sales Michael T. Keller said, “I do not know a Keller Marine & RV without Melissa and Tom. They are both rock stars at what they do. Both have product knowledge that goes beyond what they are asked to do every day and our company would not be where it is today without them.”
According to the distributor, Bilger brings extensive energy to her role as a product manager. She is known for her expertise with suppliers such as Carefree of Colorado and Kuma Outdoor Gear.
Bickhart is the company’s longest-tenured sales and delivery employee. According to the distributor, Bickhart is always willing to learn and takes on new opportunities and product responsibilities when provided.
The distributor said customers love both team members.
