Tabatha Holmes has returned to Keystone RV as channel marketing manager, replacing Sara Dover. A 16-year company veteran, Holmes has played key roles in quality control, customer service and dealer services.
“Tabatha is stepping into this role at exactly the right time,” said Christy Spencer, director of marketing and communications. “Her deep knowledge of the industry, our dealers, technology, and company systems will take programs like Ignite to the next level.”
Holmes was the architect of Keystone’s Tech Toolbox service training app and has developed many core dealer support resources the company offers via Key Express. As channel marketing manager, Holmes will lead Keystone’s Ignite sales enablement platform, the dealer marketing resources library and dealer satisfaction initiatives.
“Her work with our customer service group epitomizes the company’s commitment to providing value-add services to help Keystone dealers operate efficiently, serve customers confidently, and grow their businesses,” Spencer said.
