Kunes Auto & RV Group adjusted its structure by creating a new parent company called Delavan Holdings.
The dealer chain and three other subsidiaries report to the umbrella company Delavan Holdings, which will oversee all business operations. The company will provide support services to Kunes to enhance its mission and goals.
Kunes Auto & RV Group has more than 45 auto and RV dealerships.
Delevan Holdings’ additional subsidiaries include Camp Timber-lee, Geneva10 Fulfillment and Lake Lawn Resort.
