Expion360 batteries are included in KZ RV’s 2025 Durango, Durango Gold and Durango Half-Ton fifth wheels.

KZ General Manager Brent Froman said, “By partnering with Expion360, we can provide advanced lithium battery options that enhance the off-grid experience.”

Three Expion360 51.2-volt 60-amp-per-hour vertical heat conduction (VHC) batteries are included in KZ’s Boondocker package. The system fully integrates with Victron’s Cerbo GX for real-time communications with Expion’s battery management system.

The package is available in Durango and Durango Gold models.

The manufacturer will include two Expion Group 27 100-amp-per-hour VHC batteries as an option on its standard off-grid solar package. The option is available in Durango, Durango Gold and Durango Half-Ton models.

Expion360 CEO Brian Schaffner said, “This collaboration allows us to bring our cutting-edge lithium battery technology to a broader audience, providing KZ RV customers with reliable and efficient power solutions for their outdoor adventures.”
