Land ‘N Sea First Virtual Show a Hit

Land ‘N Sea Distributing, a wholesale supplier and subsidiary of Brunswick Corp., hosted its first of four virtual RV and marine dealer trade shows Oct. 15-19.

The West Coast virtual event hosted a record number of dealers and more than 300 brands, said Aimee Vera, director of marketing and e-commerce for the firm. Attendance rates were up 20 percent from the company’s 2019 show, an in-person event normally held in Las Vegas.

“There was much excitement from both exhibitors and dealers throughout the show,” Vera said. “The dealers were able to experience new product introductions, take advantage of show specials, incentives, play virtual games, network and earn points as they watched seminars or participated in activities to win prizes and chances to win a trip for two.”

Communication capabilities such as video, audio call and chat features gave dealers who attended the event an-person experience, Vera said.

Land ‘N Sea will host one more RV dealer show for the East Coast community Nov. 19-23. Virtual events for marine dealers and exhibitors will take place for the Midwest and Canada throughout the next month.

“We pride ourselves in the relationships we’ve built with our customers throughout the years and the time we spend at our shows with them,” Vera said. “We’re proud to have maintained that personal experience within a virtual environment. We are looking forward to the rest of our shows this season.”
