Just over three months after announcing the purchase, Lazydays Holdings has completed its acquisition of Total Value Recreational Vehicles of Indiana, Inc.
Terms of the deal for the Elkhart, Indiana-based dealership were not announced. Lazydays said the acquisition includes real estate for an expansion of sales and services operations at the strategically located site.
“We are extremely pleased to complete this acquisition and continue to execute on our geographic expansion strategy,” Lazydays Chairman and CEO William P. Murnane stated.
Total Value RV is the No. 1 motorhome dealer in Indiana, Lazydays stated, with strong brands such as Thor Motor Coach, Coachmen, Forest River and Entegra. The acquisition expands Lazydays footprint in the Midwest, and the dealership will be branded as Lazydays RV of Elkhart.
That proximity to the manufacturing base in Northern Indiana was one of the reasons cited for the acquisition when he was initially announced in June.
“We are honored and humbled that Hank Schrock has chosen Lazydays to shepherd his longtime family business into the future,” Munane stated at the time. “The majority of the RVs Lazydays sells are manufactured in and around Elkhart, and we are very excited to become part of the Elkhart community and continue to work closely with our OEM partners.”
Murnane also provided an update on Lazydays’ newest dealership.
“We expect to complete construction of our newest dealership location near Nashville, Tennessee, in late 2020, and continue to work a strong pipeline of expansion opportunities that includes both acquisitions and greenfields,” the CEO stated.
Lazydays now operates nine dealerships in Florida, Colorado, Arizona, Minnesota, Tennessee and Indiana. It also operates a dedicated Service Center location near Houston.
