Lazydays Holdings, Inc. Provides Preliminary Second Quarter Results

Lazydays Holdings’ preliminary results for the quarter ending June 30, 2022 find the company’s record run of results might be coming to a close.

Second-quarter preliminary revenue is $373.6 million, up $50.8 million versus second quarter 2021 but down from the record $376.2 million recorded in the first quarter of 2022.

Preliminary net income for the quarter is $31.8 million, up $6.5 million versus second quarter 2021 net income of $25.3 million. Adjusted quarterly earnings is preliminarily reported as $38.4 million, down from $44.3 million in the second quarter of 2021.

Lazydays’ preliminary report found RV unit sales decreased 3.7% from the second quarter of 2021 to 4,052 RVs in the second quarter of 2022.

The company ended the quarter with a cash balance of $105.4 million.
