LCI Industries, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lippert Components, Inc., named Linda Myers to the company’s Board of Directors as an additional independent director. Myers will serve as a Board Audit Committee, Corporate Governance, Nominating, and Sustainability Committee and the Risk Committee member.

Myers recently served as a senior leadership team partner and member at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a large multi-national law firm. During her time at Kirkland, Myers served on the Global Management Executive Committee and established Kirkland’s Diversity Integration Task Force. Myers is also a Kirkland Women’s Leadership Initiative founding member.
Myers currently serves on the Gibraltar Industries board of directors, a renewable energy manufacturer and provider, residential, agtech, and infrastructure markets products and services. at Gibraltar, she serves as Gibraltar Nominating, Governance & Corporate Social Responsibility Committee chair. Myers also holds board leadership roles at Kinzie Capital Partners, National Philanthropic Trust, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, and Lyric Opera of Chicago.
Myers joins directors James Gero, Jason Lippert, David Reed, Brendan Deely, Frank Crespo, Kieran O’Sullivan, Tracy Graham, Virginia Henkels, Johnny Sirpilla, and Stephanie Mains on the LCI Industries’ board. Each will serve a one-year term ending at the company’s next annual election of directors.
