Leadership Trainer Pete Smith will present a special half-day RVDA leadership roundtable titled, “Rockstar Manager: From Valued Colleague to Significant Leader.”
The workshop will take place at 8 a.m. Nov. 8 at the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The course is offered for an additional $119 fee and is sponsored by Gulf Stream Coach. Course enrollment is capped at 50. RVDA said it recommends early registration.

Smith has helped individuals, teams, and organizations improve their leadership and personal growth for more than 25 years, RVDA said. He is the author of two top-selling personnel management and business motivation books.
During the roundtable discussion, Smith will highlight employee/supervisor dynamics. Course topics include understanding the difference between approachability and availability for managers and tips for developing a high-performance team.
