Sobel University has expanded its online curriculum to include new training lessons that teach salespeople how to help today’s consumers. Videos teach effective communication with a new camping generation, the company said, including how to discuss interest rate changes and how to effectively manage aged inventory.
“The updated and recorded lessons account for the current spring and summer selling markets,” Sobel University President Jered Sobel said. “They are reflective of the developing growth in the marketplace. One dealership last week used three of these new techniques to close four additional deals the day they were learned. Effectively communicating what is happening in the marketplace to the consumers impacts our ability to help them buy now.”
For more than 30 years, Sobel University has worked alongside dealerships and sales departments to address the ever-changing consumer needs. Their online training school offers more than 400 unique lessons. The company’s curriculum is continually updated.
Interested dealers can schedule a meeting with a certified Sobel University educator. The resource is offered at no charge for a limited time.
Sobel University has trained more than 65,000 students and more than 500 RV dealerships since 1991. Sobel University provides training for management, salespeople and consumers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
