Winnebago named Forest City, Iowa-based Lichtsinn RV a Flying W Excellence Award dealer.
The award is presented to dealers for areas of customer service and satisfaction. The award is based on customer-completed surveys.
Consumers who had a warranty repair between September 2022 and August 2023 provided survey feedback.
Lichtsinn RV owner Ron Lichtsinn said, “We are honored to receive this award once again from Winnebago Industries. Our guests deserve the high level of service that is recognized with this award.”
Lichtsinn said the award marks 31 consecutive years receiving Winnebago customer satisfaction awards. The dealer received the Circle of Excellence Award in previous years.
To honor the achievement, Lichtsinn RV will display a Flying W banner, a certificate and decals. Winnebago includes recipients in an online dealer locator for 12 months. The site offers customers online shopping tools.
