Culture of Good recognized Lippert’s community outreach and generosity with its 2024 Community Impact Award.

Culture of Good, a business consultant company, honored businesses with community service commitments, who demonstrate compassion, generosity and purpose-driven values. The award recognizes companies that use their business as a force for positive change in the world.

Lippert Chief Culture and Leadership Development Officer Adam Kronk said, “This recognition is a testament to the thousands of team members who incorporate serving others not only into their busy lives outside of their ‘day job’ but also into the way they lead one another and interact with their peers.”

In 2017, Lippert President and CEO Jason Lippert challenged employees to collectively serve 10,000 volunteer hours by year’s end. Since then, the company has served nearly 1 million volunteer hours nationwide.

Lippert organized programs such as seRV, which connects RVers with non-profit organizations in communities they visit. The company enacted its Built to Serve initiative, which gathers Lippert leaders and employees for community service events.

Culture of Good CEO Ryan McCarty said, “We are proud to recognize companies like Lippert. Culture of Good’s Community Impact Award is not just an event; it is a movement towards recognizing businesses that integrate social good into their core.”
