Lippert ranked No. 221 on a list of the top 600 most responsible American companies. The supplier made it on Newsweek’s list of “America’s Most Responsible Companies” in 2024.
For the past five years, Newsweek teamed up with research firm Statista to develop their top company list. Companies are analyzed based on environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) standpoints. Topping the list are companies such as Microsoft, Whirlpool Corp., Adobe, Waste Management, Sherwin-Williams and Ralph Lauren.
Lippert CEO Jason Lippert said, “We are honored and humbled to be named among such a respectable and well-known group of companies.”
Lippert was listed as No. 5 in the Automotive & Components category behind Lear Corp., BorgWarner, Cummins and Cooper-Standard Holdings.
In 2018, Lippert launched its Everyone Matters initiative, refocusing its efforts on company culture, philanthropy and leadership. The program has been the catalyst for Lippert’s efforts for change.
Since then, Lippert has enacted initiatives such as team member leadership action plans, Lippert Cares events, health and wellbeing campaigns, regular listening sessions and engagement surveys.
“It is a resounding affirmation that the effort we have put into our culture over the past several years is working,” Jason Lippert said. “It is adding real value to our people’s lives, and it is turning heads in the broader corporate community.”
