Pamela VanderMel is transitioning into her new role at Lippert as the vice president of warranty. She previously worked as Lippert’s senior director of warranty and director of warranty.

VanderMel started at Lippert in 2002 as an inaugural member of the Lippert Customer Support Services Team.

Lippert said, “VanderMel has consistently demonstrated her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.”

VanderMel has contributed to the supplier in various roles including customer service manager and Plant 39 general manager. Throughout her roles, the company said she led product improvement, safety, OEM relations, vendor recovery and warranty administration initiatives.

VanderMel said, “I look forward to leveraging my experience and collaborating with our exceptional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver unparalleled service.”

In her new role, she will oversee warranty operations across all product segments. She will focus on enhancing customer support services and strengthening consumer interactions at the entry level.

VanderMel works in the community as well, serving as an Elkhart County Habitat for Humanity board member.

Lippert Senior Vice President of Customer Support Services April Klein-Carroll has worked with VanderMel for more than a decade.

She said VanderMel’s promotion “is a testament to her outstanding leadership, extensive expertise and dedication to driving positive change within our organization. I have every confidence that Pamela will continue to excel in her new role, further strengthening Lippert’s position as an industry leader in delivering exceptional products and services to our valued customers.”
