Lippert Components, Inc. unveiled its new Screen Assist product. The item is among Lippert’s premium RV screen door product line.
The Screen Assist is an RV screen door crossbar. If installed on a Lippert Screen Door with a lever-style handle, Screen Assist features a unique articulating function enabling the screen door to be unlatched and opened with one push. Screen Assist works as a fixed push bar on screen doors with any handle style.
Lippert said Screen Assist provides added stability and sturdiness while preventing screen door wear and tear. Screen Assist is adjustable to accommodate various entry door widths.
“The Screen Assist was developed to further satisfy customer needs,” said Tyler Nine, business development manager for Lippert. “This product provides additional assistance when needed and also serves as an extension of the screen door handle. We are very excited to debut the Screen Assist and add it to our ever-expanding line of screen door accessories.”
The Screen Assist is available in black and silver finishes and comes equipped with all necessary mounting hardware, along with a screen door latch for the interior closure bar.
Screen Assist also is available in a complete aftermarket kit. The kit comes in a retail package and can be bought through aftermarket partners.
Other premium products in the screen door line include the Screen Defender, Screen Shot, Friction Hinge and Thin Shade.
