Lippert’s 2023 Corporate Social Responsibility Report showcased successful 2023 environmental, social and governance. The report listed the company’s progress in sustainability, safety, community and governance.
President and CEO Jason Lippert said despite RV and marine market challenges, “our dedicated teams worked tirelessly to advance our sustainability goals, deepen our community impact and strengthen our governance practices.”
The company’s environmental achievements included implementing natural resource consumption and waste monitoring applications across its facilities. The supplier published its second year of Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions classifications. The company also released its inaugural Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures report.
Lippert invested 143,000 volunteer hours in its community in 2023. The number exceeded the company’s 100,000-hour goal. The supplier donated more than $1.1 million to nonprofits.
The Lippert Cares Foundation distributed around $200,000 to support team members in need. In 2023, the supplier launched new employee resource groups, including Lippert Women’s Network, Military Engagement Team and Chaplaincy ministry.
The supplier conducted on-site assessments, inspections and training to ensure safety. Lippert created a culture index score to measure its core values, leader qualities and strategic pillars.
Lippert said, “As we look to the future, we remain steadfast in our commitment to driving sustainable growth while fostering a culture of care, innovation and responsibility.”
