Lippert’s creative team stepped into the spotlight, shining a light on their video productions.
Lippert won four 2024 Viddy Awards for its creative team’s recent productions. The international awards recognize video excellence across all industries.
Chris Dawson, Lippert’s senior manager of creative services, said he wanted to submit several videos to show Lippert’s high-quality, innovative work across its different brands.
“Good sound principles, good scripting, good story, good videography and cinematography and good sound,” Dawson said about Lippert’s submissions. “This is what our creative team really prides ourselves on.”
The team received two platinum awards and two gold awards. Lippert Premium Axle Replacement Parts received a platinum award for non-broadcast short-form videos. Dawson said the product-focused video had a powerful storytelling aspect to it.
Curt Helux Coil Spring Pin Box received a platinum award for non-broadcast short-form web videos. The product-focused video highlights the new pin box.
Curt – Trust The Towing Experts – 30s Brand Spot received a gold award for non-broadcast short-form web videos. The brand-focused video was derived from a larger shoot the team did in California.
Built To Serve – Acres For Joy received a gold award for non-broadcast long-form public service/activism videos. The video highlighted a non-profit organization Lippert volunteered with last year.
Lippert’s six-man Creative Services Video team is led by Ryan Bilinski, the video production manager. From brainstorming ideas to editing, the in-house team tackles every production aspect. Bilinski said the team has three goals: challenge everything to be better, attack problems head on and support the team by helping when needed.
Bilinski said, “Lippert marketing is constantly innovating and pushing everything forward in video production, our quality and the projects and storytelling we want to do.”
Bilinski said the award wins encouraged the creative team because outsiders recognized their quality and professionalism. Bilinski said the videos showed Lippert’s commitment to quality products, content and strong company culture.
“(We are) just continuing to show we are a company that cares about quality, innovation and its people,” Bilinski said. “We want to express that with our art form.”
In the future, he said Lippert’s creative team plans to produce more high-quality content and pursue more awards.
“The future is bright for the creative team within Lippert marketing,” Bilinski said. “Going into 2025 and beyond, there is more opportunity than ever for the marketing team. The greatest years are still ahead of us.”
