Lippert Components will showcase four separate truck builds at the 2023 SEMA show in Las Vegas from Oct. 31-Nov. 3.

Each truck build will have a distinct style and products for differing applications. The custom builds will include truck protection from Ranch Hand, towing accessories from Curt and truck accessories from Aries, Luverne and UWS.

The Overlander will be an outfitted Ford Ranger. The Street Cruiser will be a Chevrolet Silverado. The Work Truck will be a custom Ram 2500. The RV Hauler will be a Ford F-350.

The Ford Ranger Overlander is made for off-road driving. The build includes a Pro Series front grille guard, ActionTrac powered running boards and 2-inch LED cube lights from Aries.

The bed will be outfitted with the new Curt Xpedition Series truck bed rack with 5-foot bed-length Molle panels. Atop the rack sits the new Barracks rooftop tent, which sleeps two adults and features a one-minute setup. Also included in the Overlander build is a UWS dog box and Curt towing hitch with a 6-inch adjustable ball mount.

The Chevy Silverado Street Cruiser build will feature a sleek and sporty style, Lippert said. The truck has protection from the Ranch Hand Midnight series, showcasing the Midnight front bumper with full grille guard, rear bumper and running steps. For storage, the Street Cruiser has a side mount and UWS crossover toolboxes, as well as a full Aries light setup, including 30-inch and 10-inch LED light bars as well as 2-inch LED cube lights. The Street Cruiser will include a full Curt towing setup, with the Rebellion cushion drop hitch, gooseneck ball and Venturer Next time-delay brake controller.

The Ram 2500 Work Truck will demonstrate capability during heavy-duty work on job sites. The Ram will feature wrap-around protection from Ranch Hand and be equipped with the Legend series front bumper with a full grille guard, running steps and lighted headache rack. The Ram also will have the Sport series rear bumper.

The Work Truck has a 75-gallon UWS transfer tank. The towing setup will feature a 4-inch offset OE cushion gooseneck ball and a Curt Deep-Drop adjustable ball mount hitch along with the Venturer Next brake controller. For lighting, Aries’ 30-inch lightbar and 2-inh cube lights will be equipped.

The Ford F-350 RV Hauler is equipped for towing long distances while pulling an RV. Protection from the Ranch Hand Summitt series front bumper, Legend series headache rack and Sport series rear bumper will be equipped. The RV Hauler has UWS’ Secure Lock crossover toolbox, the Luverne Grip Step and SlipGrip running boards.

The towing setup has Curt’s CrossWing 20,000-pound fifth wheel hitch, which is 65% lighter than traditional fifth wheel hitches. Also from CURT, the TruTrack 4P trailer-mounted weight distribution hitch and the TriFlex Next proportional brake controller will be equipped.
