Marketing technology provider Rollick unveiled a new dealer vehicle reservation feature.
Rollick’s “Reserve Now” function was added to retailing solution RollickDR. The feature allows consumers to reserve vehicles on dealer websites, saving dealership sales teams time when qualifying customers. The Reserve Now feature also enables unit reservation tracking.
“Dealers tell us they are overloaded with leads and managing preorders,” Rollick CEO Bernie Brenner said. “They asked us to help them qualify the orders they are receiving and improve the reservation process to provide excellent customer service during a frustrating time.”
The COVID-19 pandemic led to record low RV availability. Rollick stated consumers increasingly are willing to make deposits to reserve RVs before they come off the production line.
The company stated its Reserve Now function will be accessible in early June, with several options for taking deposits. Dealers can handle direct payments or use the feature as a lead form to follow up later for credit card information. RollickDR will integrate with Kenect’s “Text to Pay” for a seamless ecommerce experience, the company stated.
