Meyer Distributing, Inc, automotive specialty products marketing and distribution, announced the acquisition of PA-based Automotive Distributing Company this past week. ADC has been fully integrated into the Meyer platform, and the combined forces of the two companies will allow for increased service levels on many fronts throughout the Northeast.
“We have been looking to expand our relationships in the Northeast,” said Meyer CEO Jeff Braun. “ADC provides a great opportunity to increase coverage and improve customer service with employees with lots of experience in the automotive aftermarket.”
