Owners Tim and Connie Middleton sold their Festus, Missouri-based dealership, Middleton’s RV, to Salt Lake City-based Haugen RV Group.
Tim Middleton said the decision to sell created a dilemma for the couple.
“Who do we sell to?” Middleton said. “Who would be a good match for our dealership, our employees and our customers? And if we sell, we want the new owners to take care of our customers and employees the way we always have.”
Tim said he and his wife had a prospective buyer in mind when they were approached by RV Business Solutions. RV Business Solutions matched the Middletons with the Haugen RV Group. Jason Haugen and the Haugen RV team seemed to have a similar business philosophy to Middleton’s RV, the owners said, making the decision to sell more comfortable decision.
Scott Degnan, RV Business Solutions partner, said the group is pleased to represent the couple in the dealership sale.
“We wish nothing but the best for Tim and Connie as they move on to the next chapter in the wonderful lives they have built for themselves and their family,” Degnan said.
