More Dealerships Convert to New Brand

Camping World closed on the asset purchase of two more former Lazydays dealerships.

The closings occur one week after Camping World closed on the first of seven stores bought from Lazydays.

The two newly converted stores are located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Vancouver, Washington. The Murfreesboro acquisition also includes purchasing the store’s real estate.

Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis said the deals completed the first batch of location closings.

“We expect these locations to contribute meaningfully to our market share momentum in each respective state,” he said, “bringing top OEM brands and a more traditional RV product mix that aligns with our strategic priorities. We expect to continue to capitalize on today’s robust dealership M&A environment.”

Lemonis told investors Wednesday on a call discussing financial results that the dealer chain expected to add a minimum of six to seven new dealership locations in 2025.
