On Thursday, Nov. 2, RVIA’s Workplace Safety Taskforce will host a half-day Workplace Safety Seminar at the Lerner Theatre in Elkhart, Indiana.
The seminar will start at 8 a.m. and include a light breakfast and a networking lunch.
During the event, motivational safety speaker Rodney Grieve will help attendees identify the cultural hazards that may be contributing to safety failures.
Grieve will identify four clues an organization might be out of balance, examine what could be behind it, and teach attendees what to do to effectively change the current culture into a safety success culture.
The seminar is free to RVIA members. Register by clicking here.
The seminar will include multiple sessions, including presentations from companies setting the bar on workplace safety, speakers with keen insights on why workplace safety is important, and panels focused on specific actions companies can take to improve workplace safety.
RVIA said anyone involved in workplace safety or leadership will benefit from the sessions and conversation.
