All American Battery Co., a battery supplier to the RV industry, has been bought by Motive Energy.
Motive Energy, a provider of advanced power and energy solutions, said the deal expands the company’s power offerings and will enhance efforts to meet existing and future customer demand.
All American Battery Co. assets, employees and contracts will combine with Motive Energy.

I am excited for our group to work with Bob (Istwan), Jason (Holderfield) and the whole Motive Energy team in this next chapter.”
The new team will continue to operate out of All American’s existing Lake Havasu, Arizona, and Parker, Arizona, locations. The division will report to Motive Energy Vice President Jason Holderfield.
