These training programs are open to Firefly customers and offer a new way for OEMs and dealerships to train service technicians and sales teams. Training sessions typically include discussions on Firefly system hardware and in-depth functionality, troubleshooting and testing and advanced tech support
Firefly Integrations is also available to attend owner rallies to provide a quick demonstration and to help educate owners on their specific Firefly systems.
