RVLI, LLC., an RV aftermarket manufacturer’s representative agency, acquired ARC Sales based in Elkhart, Indiana.
Effective Aug. 1., the acquisition will add four suppliers to RVLI’s portfolio: Milenco, Optronics, Watts AquaLock and WackO Products.
RVLI National Sales Manager and owner Reese Bischoff said, “As part of this integration, we have modified our existing vendor portfolio to make room for these new lines to ensure the maximum amount of support, service and coverage.”
ARC Sales owner Kurt Free will work with RVLI as a consultant through the transition period.
Free said, “As a representative agency, their solid work ethic and strong business acumen will take these brands to new levels. I am looking forward to working with the RVLI team during the integration process to ensure a smooth and transparent transition.”
RVLI has represented U.S. and Canadian RV and marine brands for more than 20 years. The agency is based in Peachtree City, Georgia.
