The National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) acquired the Recreational Vehicle Service Academy (RVSA). The acquisition expands NRVTA’s programs.
Florida-based RVSA was established in 1986. The academy included hands-on courses and master RV technician certification.
RVSA owner Michael Tibbs said he knew NRVTA would honor RVSA’s existing students and graduates.
“I wanted to make sure there was always a path forward,” Tibbs said, “and now, they would be in good hands.”
Around 300 mobile technicians will transfer from RVSA.
NRVTA will offer RVSA members memberships in the Recreational Vehicle Technician Association of America (RVTAA). RVTAA has around 1,500 independent members.
NRVTA Chief Operating Officer Kelly Bradley said, “The influx of RVSA graduates will bolster our ranks and ensure that more RV owners receive top-notch service wherever they travel.”
According to NRVTA, the academy ensures RVSA graduates a seamless transition.
