The National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) implemented a new change affecting the association’s reach and influence.
The company appointed Kelly Bradley as chief operating officer to lead major objectives.
Bradley brings more than a decade of RV dealership experience to the organization.
NRVTA Managing Director Terry Cooper said, “Kelly’s extensive experience and dedication to improving the RV industry make him the perfect fit for our team.”
Kelly will further the association’s goals to ensure that NRVTA graduates are highly sought after in the industry for their skills and knowledge. To succeed, he will collaborate with NRVTA directors to improve students’ educational journeys.
Kelly will lead 2024-2025 expansion projects to increase enrollment. Bradley will strategize additional member benefits and foster NRVTA’s post-graduate support.
Bradley said, “The academy’s commitment to excellence is beyond compare, and I am excited to contribute to its continued success. Together, we will enhance the student experience, ensuring they are well-prepared to thrive in the RV industry, whether they start their own businesses or join leading dealerships.”
