Whale, a heating solution supplier for more than a decade to the European RV industry, will bring its propane heating solution product to the North American market.
The Heat Air is a lightweight heating solution for towable and motorized RVs. The product weighs less than 16 pounds and comes in two versions, GTR 10 and GTR 15.
The GTR 10 solution has a heat input of 4,000 BTUs or 9,400 BTUs. The GTR 15 has three heat options: 4,300 BTUs, 10,500 BTUs and 14,200 BTUs. The Heat Air control panel enables consumers to choose the heat amount desired.
“We are thrilled to now offer Whale’s Heat Air in North America,” said Patrick Roberts, vice president and general manager, Performance Components at Navico Group. “Heat Air was designed with the OEM and end user in mind. A powerful heating solution in a compact size is a winning combination and we know it will transform the RV experience for users, enabling more adventures of any kind year-round.”
Whale is part of Navico Group, a Brunswick Corp. division.
Heat Air can be installed under the floor or onboard. Whale provides mounting brackets to aid both installations. Three flue system options are available and can be selected based on the heater.
Whale offers a range of 65mm and 90mm ducting components and 65mm outlet fittings in assorted color options.
The Heat Air Heat Control panel can be used as a standalone heating control or can integrate with LIN or CAN central heating controls.
