New App Connects RVers with Service

A new app geared toward RVers popped into app stores.

The My General RV mobile app provides consumers with service appointments and RV information.

General RV Service and Customer Experience Director Laura Dobbs said, “Our new service app makes scheduling, troubleshooting and maintenance much simpler than before. This app is part of our mission to be the premier RV partner by providing industry-leading customer service.”

Consumers can schedule service appointments at any General RV location nationwide through the app. RVers can set up service or inspection alerts to maintain their RVs.

The app has interactive troubleshooting assistance, diagnosing problems. RV content and articles also populate the app.

Other app features include General RV recall information, special offers and promotions.

General RV Vice President of Operations Kerry Porter said, “We aim to be present for our guests throughout their ownership experience, and today marks another step towards that goal.”
