Industry players banded together to create an inventory and digital retailing solution for the consumer journey.
Rollick revealed its partnerships with Cruiser RV, DRV Luxury Suites, Heartland RV and U.S. Bank at the RVDA Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas.
The solution grants dealers with the ability to expose their inventory directly on the manufacturer brand websites while capturing buying intent and consumer financing applications.
Lesley Melvin, director of marketing for Cruiser RV, DRV and Heartland RV said, “Our research was clear that we needed to innovate our brand website to meet the needs of today’s shoppers.”
Rollick’s 2023 “Future of Buying” study unveiled that 75% of consumer participants wanted to explore dealer inventory online before visiting a dealership. Nearly half of respondents wanted to browse financing options online and 43% were interested in applying for credit approval online.
The manufacturer integrated Rollick’s Aimbase marketing solution, which leverages U.S. Bank’s abilities.
Melvin said, “Through the partnership, we will create more marketing exposure for our in-stock inventory and drive ready-to-buy pre-approved customers directly to dealerships.”
Through the RollickDR integration, consumers can estimate monthly payments through an embedded monthly payment calculator powered by U.S. Bank. Potential buyers can also apply for credit through the financial institution and receive a credit decision before arriving at the dealership.
RollickDR also enables consumers to request a price quote from the dealer and schedule a sales appointment.
U.S. Bank Dealer Services Executive Vice President John Hyatt said, “We also keep the dealer in mind throughout the process, so they can readily serve approved customers when they arrive at the dealership to complete their purchase.”
Rollick Chief Revenue Officer and co-founder Jason Nierman said the partnership was unique to the industry.
“By integrating U.S. Bank financing solutions directly into the OEM websites through Rollick’s platform, we are making it easier for brand website visitors to start their deal online to save time at the dealership,” Nierman said. “This enhances the buying process and drives high-quality leads to the brands’ dealers.”
The program launched earlier this fall. Interested dealers can visit Rollick’s booth at the RVDA Convention/Expo today and tomorrow, or email [email protected].
