Professional speaker and customer experience consultant Theresa Syer, a new speaker for the RVDA convention, will deliver two workshops including a two-hour super session in the sales track at the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo.
The convention/expo will take place Nov. 7-11, 2022, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Syer’s first workshop kicks off at 9 a.m. Nov. 10. In the session, “A Customer Experience Strategy: Your Competitive Advantage” Syer will share the secrets to creating and executing a Customer Experience (CX) strategy. Syer will provide a blueprint to help dealers create their own CX strategy. Dealers will discover how they can benefit from stronger customer loyalty, advocacy and increased profits to the bottom line, RVDA said.
Session learning objectives include:
- CX strategy purpose and benefits
- The process to create and execute a CX strategy.
- How to elevate good customer service to renowned customer experiences by guiding employees’ behaviors, attitudes and actions.
- Why dealers should focus more on influencing the revenue decision maker
At 2 p.m. Nov. 10, Syer will host the two-hour super session, “Raise Your Customer Experience – Turn the RV Buyer into a Lifetime Advocate of Your Dealership.”
This seminar will help attendees understand the customer experience from their customers’ perspectives. Syer will help dealers forge stronger customer relationships that will earn loyalty, advocacy and long-term, sustainable revenue, RVDA said.

- How to focus not only on the task at hand but to use it as an opportunity to engage customers on an emotional level
