A new online system for RV service departments will enable users to create customized, detailed estimates of repairs and upload photos and documents.
The system is called The Damage Repair Estimator On-Line and has been created by Tony Yerman, the RV fixed operations consultant for The Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
Users will be able to create an accurate, itemized estimate using the software, while having the option to save all photos and supporting documents with the estimate using an “upload file” feature.
It also will help RV service departments to prepare consistent, data-supported claim estimates for insurance companies and RV owners.

Yerman is a Master Certified RV Technician, a certified service manager, and a certified parts manager. For the past 10 years, he has served as task force chair for the Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s Service Management Guide and was a member of the RV industry’s Committee on Excellence – Replacement Parts Availability Task Force. He has more than 30 years of experience in servicing and repairing recreational vehicles.
