Meyer’s RV Superstores looked within to find candidates for four top executive positions at the dealer chain.
Meyer’s, which operates 15 RV stores in six states, named new leaders as regional vice presidents, chief financial officer and controller of the company.
Mike Fleming and Kyle Smith were promoted to regional vice presidents. Fleming will oversee about half the dealer chain’s locations, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Smith, who has held sales, finance and general manager roles at the dealer chain, will oversee the remaining stores. The company said Smith’s deep understanding of the business will be crucial in supporting expansion and market leadership plans.
Frank Incardona, the dealer chain’s controller since 2016, was promoted to chief financial officer. Incardona led the company’s financial operations as it expanded as well as the financial operations of Meyer’s three marine branches.
David Donatello, who joined Meyer’s in 2022 from a top New York accounting firm, has been promoted to company controller, overseeing all stores. The company said Donatello’s financial management expertise will be vital as the dealer chain scales operations.
