The National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) hired Tasha Patterson Feb. 6 as the new executive assistant to Todd Henson, the school’s director of education.
Patterson will onboard NRVTA’s teaching assistants, prepare activity reports and manage daily attendance records for all courses. Patterson will continue working to standardize operating procedures throughout the academy and maintain records involving students and staff.
“When I saw the job description to be an NRVTA executive assistant, it seemed as though it was written specifically for me. It required the exact skillset I possess,” Patterson said. “I like being part of a fun, exciting and growing industry. The students and staff have been super nice to me, and I just clicked with the team and the program from the moment I walked on campus.”
Henson said he is looking forward to working closely with Patterson.
“We continue to outpace our attendance projections year after year,” he said. “That requires us to have a strong team of teaching assistants working closely with our instructors in the hands-on labs. We want students to understand what we are teaching, and be able to apply that information to their chosen professions.”
