Speaker Joey Coleman will present the keynote address at NTP-Stag’s Expo 2022.
Expo 2022, a national aftermarket distributor show, is scheduled to be conducted in person Jan. 25-26 at the Caesars Forum Convention Center in Las Vegas and will be conducted virtually Jan. 31-Feb. 4.
NTP-Stag said the distributor continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and is in constant communication with the host venue and local authorities to hold the in person event.
Coleman is a customer experience design expert and an award-winning speaker at national and international conferences. He is known for creating unique, attention-grabbing customer experiences while working with companies ranging from small start-ups to large Fortune 500s.
Coleman is the author of Wall Street Journal No. 2 best-selling book, “Never Lose a Customer Again.” His keynote address is titled, “WHAT’S NEXT?! How to Navigate Customer Interactions in a Pandemic (and Post-Pandemic) Era.”
Through his presentation, NTP-Stag stated Expo attendees will learn how the COVID-19 pandemic impacted businesses around the world — with a specific focus on changes in the expectations and experiences of customers and employees. Coleman’s presentation will provide a unique perspective, NTP-Stag stated, on how the best organizations are figuring out “what is next” to acknowledge the new reality, adapt to a shifting landscape, and thrive in this new environment.
