NTP-Stag unveiled its keynote speakers for the distributor’s 2024 Expo.
The show takes place Jan. 15-16 at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida.
The Expo begins Jan. 15 with a breakfast keynote speech from “Hunting Discomfort” author Sterling Hawkins. The best-selling author will discuss the inevitable discomfort in a world altered by technology, changed by a pandemic and filled with risk and uncertainty.
Hawkins will give his advice to be resilient and prepare for growth. His speech is sponsored by NTP-Stag’s PRO Suppliers.
On Tuesday morning, basketball Hall of Famer Bill Walton will take the podium for his breakfast keynote speech.
Walton was the nation’s top college basketball star at the University of California-Los Angeles and a member of NBA championship teams with the Portland Trail Blazers and the Boston Celtics. Walton was the 1977-78 NBA’s Most Valuable Player.
Walton will give insight into how succeeding in basketball requires leadership and teamwork lessons that translate to success off the court. After his speech, Walton will meet attendees at Carefree of Colorado’s booth. Carefree of Colorado is sponsoring Walton’s speech.
NTP-Stag President Bill Rogers said, “Information and education are important components of our show that we believe make Expo special. While dealers can engage with suppliers, network and have a great time together, we strive to present impactful speakers delivering unique insights and perspectives that will have messages that will resonate with attendees.”
According to NTP-Stag, the 2024 Expo will showcase marine products to RV and marine customers for the first time.
“As exciting recreational activities, we have seen crossover between the marine and RV industries, such as with GPS, electronics and communications equipment that will be attractive to dealers looking to enhance their product offerings,” Rogers said. “In bringing these two segments together in Florida at this fantastic location with so much to offer, 2024 Expo is promising to be the biggest and best yet.”
