NTP-STAG will host its annual Expo show live and in person in January. The company announced the event in October and re-confirmed it will conduct Expo 2021 in person Jan. 18-19 at the Marriott Orlando World Center in Orlando, Florida.
NTP-STAG announced the RV University Professional Retail Organization (PRO) Education speaker lineup. Hall of Fame speaker Mary Kelly will return for her second year, along with bestselling author Corey Perlman, to present live. The event also will have a virtual component Jan. 25-29.
“We are excited to share this valuable business insight from these highly respected speakers in this, our 11th consecutive year presenting the PRO education series,” NTP-STAG President Bill Rogers stated.
Kelly will share ways to improve business with better customer service practices, expanding business opportunities and customer training, along with how team development creates increased growth. Her presentation will include a series of five-minute business plans focusing on growth, expanding leadership skillsets and decreasing stress while increasing productivity.
Perlman is a nationally recognized social media expert, NTP-STAG said, and will share his views and best practices to maximize digital business opportunities. His focuses include establishing a successful web presence, managing reviews and developing effective social media content in order to turn customers into a “digital salesforce.”
“These two subject matter experts are a wonderful addition to an impressive roster of more than 60 PRO seminar courses available to industry professionals of all levels,” Rogers stated. “We’re greatly looking forward to hearing their presentations at the 2021 EXPO.”
The RV University PRO business development series is a seminar presenting free continuing education courses to RV industry professionals, both in-person and online. The series launches each year at NTP-STAG’s Expo as quarterly supplemental education that highlights subjects such as store readiness, team member relationship management, e-commerce and salesmanship.
