The initial consumer reviews are in: RVers apparently missed nuCamp’s Cirrus 920 truck camper.
The Cirrus 920 returned to production in late 2023 after a five-year hiatus from the market. The manufacturer said its initial 10-week run is complete. Truck campers are headed to dealers’ lots. nuCamp said 30% of Cirrus 920 shipments will fulfill retail pre-orders.
The Cirrus 920 production line also runs two other truck camper models. With the Cirrus 920 run complete, nuCamp will build other models the next 8-12 weeks before running more 920 truck campers down the line.
The truck camper debuted at the Hershey RV show in September. The Cirrus 920 is built for 1-ton long bed trucks. The hard-sided truck camper does not have a slide out but does have a full dry bath.
nuCamp CEO Scott Hubble said, “We are thrilled with the overwhelming demand and the positive feedback we have received from both dealers and consumers. It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team in creating a product that truly resonates with the RV community.”
The manufacturer will hold a nationwide product launch celebration at select dealerships March 16. To learn more, click here.
