Independent dealer Optimum RV has purchased Oklahoma RV Center from Lenny Zak, according to dealership brokerage firm Performance Brokerage Services (PBS).
Optimum CEO Denver Beck, who established the business circa 2006, has developed it into a multi-state network with a dozen sites in Florida, Missouri, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Texas.
“We have a great relationship with (partner) Jesse Stopnitzky and Performance Brokerage Services,” Beck said. “They are always upfront and honest with us, which makes our dealings with them and their clients smooth and rewarding for everyone involved.”
The Oklahoma company’s new name will be Optimum RV Oklahoma City, but it will not be relocated from its current site in Moore, Oklahoma.
Stopnitzky, director and co-owner of the RV division, and partner Jon Couwenberg served as the deal’s sell-side advisors.
Zak, who will continue to oversee his Texas-based RV company, said the Oklahoma deal was an ideal fit.
“Through their extensive network of buyers, they quickly found the perfect match for us,” Zak said. “Jesse was always straight-forward, honest, sincere and professional. His guidance helped us close this deal in record time.”
PBS, North America’s highest-volume dealership firm, has given guidance on deals for over 300 dealers since 2020.
