Patrick Industries, Inc. has acquired Diamondback Towers, LLC, dba Diamondback Marine, a Florida-based manufacturer of wakeboard and ski towers as well as accessories for marine OEMs.

Established in 2004, Diamondback Towers will continue to operate as a stand-alone company under the Diamondback Marine name at its existing facility in Cocoa, Florida.
